UPDATE: The issues we were experiencing this morning have been resolved.

Information Technology Services (ITS) will continue to monitor throughout the day to ensure the system remains stable.

We want to provide an update on a technical issue currently impacting network services at Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) schools and the Education Centre. At this time, our phones may be unable to make or receive phone calls.

WRDSB Information Technology Services is aware of the issue, and is working on a resolution. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

If you need to contact your school in the meantime and you are unable to speak with an individual by phone, it is recommended that you use the email address available for each school which can be found at the bottom of their website.

We will provide updates as soon as we have any new information.
