Welcome to Blue Heron School Council!

As a school council member, you, the parents of the students at Blue Heron P.S., can help the council discover new and exciting ways to contribute to the education of the students at this school. Education is a partnership involving parents, students, teachers, principals and the community. As a parent of a student(s) at this school, your involvement in the council gives you the opportunity to strengthen and shape that partnership and to be a part of a dedicated team working to ensure a high quality of education and activities that support the school experience and environment.

Currently, our School Council meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the school library.  Our next meeting is Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. All are welcome to attend!

We will not be having a School Council meeting in December. Instead, we will be coming together as a community for our special “Cookies, Cans and Carols” evening on Wednesday, December 11th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in the school gym. Details to follow!
